Welcome to my humble corner of the internet! I’m Edward, a data scientist based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. When I’m not working or programming you can usually find me outside on a hike, playing nerdy board games with my friends, or working on my conga skills. Recently, I've started getting back into running after taking a break for a few years.

I graduated from the Institute for Advanced Analytics at North Carolina State University in 2024. Before that, I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in computer science and a minor in religious studies.

I have been working in AI/ML for the past 2 years at a financial technology company. Some of the cool things I've helped build include an automated model reparameterization pipeline, internal python tooling for model development, and a few productionalized credit risk and response models. I'm currently working on optimizing our direct mail framework.
